High loft

High loft production technology is based on Carding where the fibers are separated and distributed on to the production line, forming a loose, yet coherent fiber web material. The web is thermally bonded and stretch to form a strong non woven high loft product with optimum capability related to strength, surface structure etc.,

Thermal

Thermo Bonding of fibers is done by

• Through-Air thermal bonding
• Hot Calendaring
• Belt Calendaring
• Bi Component are low melt fiber are used to bind the fiber web.

Spray

The webs are bonded by resin spray on the carded web and passing through air thermal heating.
